- Domain information: The domain name you host with us and its DNS configuration.

Third-Party Services
Your hosting service involves several third-party providers:
- WHMCS (billing.voltdns.com): Our billing and client management system. Handles account registration, invoicing, and payment processing.
- PayPal: Processes PayPal payments. Subject to PayPal's own privacy policy.
- Cryptocurrency payment processors: Process crypto payments (Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, etc.). Transactions are recorded on the respective blockchain.
- DirectAdmin: Your hosting control panel. Stores account configuration and file data on the server.
- Cloudflare: Provides CDN and DNS services. Cloudflare may collect analytics about traffic to your website subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Softaculous: One-click application installer. Downloads scripts from Softaculous servers during installation.
Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies:
- Billing system session cookies: Required for login to the client area and cart functionality.
- control panel session cookies: Required for control panel access.
- Cloudflare analytics cookies: Used for site performance and security monitoring.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics beyond what Cloudflare provides for security.
Data Retention
- Active accounts: All account data is retained while your hosting account is active.
- Cancelled accounts: Account data is deleted from active servers within 72 hours of cancellation. Billing records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance.
- Server backups: Daily backups are rotated approximately every 30 days.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Export your account data
